These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PhotoMosaic.ai, a product of BillCore LLC ("PhotoMosaic.ai," "we," "us"). By creating a project, making a purchase, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use PhotoMosaic.ai.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You're responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account, and for notifying us of any unauthorized use.
PhotoMosaic.ai lets you create a collaborative photo mosaic: you choose a main image, invite contributors to upload photos through a shared link, and our automated, AI-assisted engine arranges those photos into a mosaic you can preview for free and download after purchase. Features and limits may change as we improve the platform.
Building a mosaic and previewing the result is free. Downloading the full-resolution, print-ready file requires a one-time payment (currently $29 per mosaic download, as shown at checkout). Prices and what each purchase includes are displayed on our pricing page and at checkout, which are incorporated into these Terms.
Because you can preview your complete mosaic for free before paying, and because the download delivers a digital file immediately, download purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If a download fails or a file is defective, contact us at [email protected] and we'll make it right.
You and your contributors keep ownership of the photos uploaded to a mosaic project ("Content"). You grant PhotoMosaic.ai a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that Content solely to operate the service for you — including analyzing and arranging photos to generate your mosaic preview and download.
You represent that you have the rights needed to upload your Content and to allow it to be used in your mosaic.
The finished mosaic is generated from the Content you and your contributors provide, arranged by our engine. Once you have purchased a download, you may use that mosaic for your personal and ordinary purposes. Automated output may contain imperfections and is provided "as is."
You agree not to upload Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that you don't have the right to use, and not to upload images of people without the rights or consent required. You may not misuse the service to create harmful, deceptive, or infringing imagery, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with its operation. We may remove Content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
If you start a mosaic and invite others to contribute, you control that project. You're responsible for having the rights to the photos collected, for how the finished mosaic is used, and for complying with laws applicable to your use of contributor photos — including obtaining any consent legally required.
The PhotoMosaic.ai platform — its software, design, logo, and the "PhotoMosaic.ai" name — is owned by BillCore LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no right to our branding except as needed to use the service normally.
PhotoMosaic.ai is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a generated mosaic will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillCore LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the mosaic giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using PhotoMosaic.ai at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or as needed to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date, and continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where superseded by applicable mandatory law.
